Hey and welcome to ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) grn_mouse_icons, the icon journal for greenmouse. Here are the rules, some samples, and some information about my work and how I'd prefer you credit me.
:: Rules ::
1. Please credit. I understand that yes, I don't own these images, movies, or song lyrics, but I do put time into these icons and I'd like people to know that I was the one who made them. No, I'm not going to go into a ZOMG snit fit, but it takes you two seconds and lets people know where you got your favorite icons. Good deal, right? Here's how you credit... . It's not hard at all. If you have any questions about how to get to that screen, ask, and I'll be happy to show you.

2. Please comment! It helps me know what I'm doing right, and encourages me to make more of your favorite icons. I understand that everyone has a limited amount of space to keep icons, I still like knowing if you think they're nifty or not.

3. Please don't modify my icons. If you want something a little different colorwise, timingwise, etc. I'll try to accomadate, but please don't slap your own text on top of the work I've done.

4. Don't hotlink. You have a save button and a photobucket account. Use both wisely.
|
5. Don't share these icons on "free for all" icon communities. I don't care if you credit me, don't do it. It makes me feel awful, and every time I see it it makes me want to make less work. Don't do it, it's rude.
